For the wedding of Ben and Emily I met up with Ben at Gresford Methodist Church ahead of the service whilst Rachel was at the hotel with Emily capturing her final preparations.   After a lovely service and some family pictures at the church it was off to the fantastic Carden Park Hotel near Chester for the reception.  In the evening Ben and Emily surprised their guests with a fantastic rumba as a first dance which was choreographed by our friend Richard Colley of Aspirations dance.  We of course wish Ben and Emily all the very best for the future.

I met Gemma & Kevin at Loggerheads for their engagement shoot while the weather was a bit better a few weeks ago. Here’s a few of my faves. We’re looking forward to shooting their wedding in a few weeks time.

After all the pre-wedding shoots we have been posting lately on the blog, its nice to show finally show one of this years weddings.  We never show any pictures from a wedding until the bride and groom have seen them first, so now they have…..

Gina & Martin’s beautiful wedding was at Handbridge church and after a walk through the city and down to the river the guests traveled on the Mark Twain showboat to the Red House Restaurant.  We have shot a few weddings at the Red House and have always been blessed with sunshine and this wedding was no exception.  Even though it was March the sun was beating down and it was like a summers day.  As you will see from the pictures, Gina and Martins dog Skoobie played an important part in the day and even made it down the aisle.   It was a great wedding at a lovely location and we wish Gina and Martin all the very best for the future.

A few weeks ago we went off to Acton Park in Wrexham for Sarah & Neil’s engagement shoot, Here’s just a few of my favourites. we’re looking forward to shooting their wedding at the Hilton Double Tree very soon!

A few weeks ago we went off to Bersham water fall for Hannah & Richard’s engagement shoot. stunning location for a shoot I have to say. We’re looking forward to shooting their wedding at the Grosvenor Pulford this Saturday!

Hope you have all had a great Easter, we had a wedding Saturday but the rest of the weekend off   We took Milly to Chirk Castle for the Easter egg hunt as they are such beautiful gardens I had to take my camera, lovely day.

Michelle’s maternity shoot had to be done quick as she only had 2 weeks to go, she’d had babies before and never had professional photos taken. I think Michelle looks gorgeous! and nothing can make you feel better when you’re coming towards the end of pregnancy than a makeover and some lovely photos. Good luck to Michelle & Owain who’s baby boy is due this weekend x

Here’s Gemma & Gavin’s engagement shoot. We went off to Chester by the river one Wednesday so it was lovely and quiet. We’ll look forward to shooting their wedding at Carden Park later on in June.

Had such a lovely surprise waiting for us when we got home from yesterdays wedding, a box of muffins and a card from Delyth & Adam, thanks so much both, will look forward to tucking in to them!
