I met Roy at St Mary’s Without-the-Walls church in Handbridge Chester on the morning of his wedding to Deborah and he arrived in style on the top of a vintage open top bus. Rachel was with Deborah and her bridesmaids capturing those all important bridal preparations before they too hopped onto the bus for their journey to the church. Following the service it was out to a glorious day where after the bride and groom had received congratulations from their family and friends we took some family groups in the church gardens. Then it was off to the Doubletree and taking pictures standing up on an open top bus is some experience and a bit hairy with overhanging branches and low bridges but got some great shots. The Hilton Doubletree in Chester is a venue we have been lucky enough to work at many times and there are some lovely locations for pictures and we took the bride and groom off for just a short time for pictures before they returned to the celebrations. We wish Deborah and Roy all the best for the future.
