There are some wedding that from the moment they book you are looking forward to it, and Teresa and Tony’s wedding definitely lived up to that. The wedding was at Cross Lanes Hotel near Wrexham and it’s only the second wedding we have every shot there, the last time being our very first wedding four years ago. It was kind of strange to think how far we have come in that time and how our photography has evolved, and although much less nervous than in 2006 our buzz and passion for our work is probably stronger than ever.
Back to the wedding… We are really lucky that we only seem to attract fun couples to work with and with Teresa and Tony we had a blast. After a very very emotional service when even I was a little bit choked up (don’t laugh or take the mick you had to be there to know!) there was a dance to ‘love is in the air’ back down the aisle before we got the photographs and the rain broke. Originally the wedding was planned to be outdoors but unfortunately the weather didn’t play ball, thanks to Teresa complete transformation of the room it took nothing away on the day. Teresa’s beautiful dress was from Simply Stunning in Wrexham and Steve was on hand to dress her which is the kind of service which I think makes all the difference. Our friends at Regent House of Flowers provided the flowers and again a great job by Laura and her team.
After the wedding Teresa and Tony flew of to Vegas to get married again by Elvis, sadly I didn’t get to cover that but with Teresa wearing a pink miniskirt wedding dress I want to see the pictures.
